SAN DIEGO & LONDON, 24 August 2026 - Surf Nation, one of the largest and most successful youth soccer networks in North America, has entered a multi-year partnership with Coaches' Voice, the leading coach development platform, to deliver professional-standard development to every coach in its network.
The partnership covers all coaches across Surf's 65+ clubs, from grassroots to the elite tier of youth soccer providing more resources to impact the full development pathway locally, regional and nationally providing further connectivity and collaboration
Every Surf coach will have access to two platforms in a dedicated Surf environment. Coaches' Voice's Education Platform brings masterclasses, courses and certificated CPD from many of the world's leading coaches, alongside Surf's own Football Focus content. Coaches' Voice's Session Planner gives every coach professional animated session design tools and the Surf curriculum built in, with ready-made sessions across age groups from day one. Selected Surf coaches will also have the opportunity to participate in Coaches' Voice specialist courses, focused on development in key areas such as scouting and analysis.
The partnership builds on two years of Football Focus, Surf's coach development program, founded on a simple conviction: better coaches make better players. The program is fully funded by Surf Nation at no cost to member clubs.
The two organisations will also produce content together, bringing Surf's coaching voices to Coaches' Voice's global audience.
